I am planning to apply for PNP in Canada but i do not know how to start. When will the different province applications will be out and the deadline date for the applications. Any idea about the following above.

The best place to start (in my opinion) is either www.canadavisa.com or http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/index-can.asp as you will be able to look at all your options there.
Certainly PNP seems to be the quickest. Have a look at the job bank http://www.jobbank.gc.ca/intro-eng.aspx this covers all of Canada.
