Please Help ....Supervisa Eligibility / TRV Extension for Parents

Friends, I am looking for information on Super VISA and TRV extension for my parents, your thoughts and experiences would be highly appreciated.

I am Permanent Resident of Canada. My Parents are here in Canada (Saskatchewan) on TRV, their Visa are going to expire on November 12, 2013 and they have return ticket on November 7, 2013. Can I renew their Visa here in Canada if I want to extend their stay here ? What should I apply for Supervisa or TRV extension ?

My parents got visa stamped on their passport on May 13, 2013 but they landed as visitor to Canada on September 4, 2013. So their 6 months stay would be counted from September 4, 2013 or May 13, 2013 ? How long they can stay in Canada ?

I work as an Accountant in Regina, SK from last year and half and have permanent full time job with Income over $ 42,300 per annum and I am single. Am I eligible to apply for Supervisa for my parents ?
