Regarding NOC and Years of experience ... what should I have when submitting profile for express entry ?
I have ECA and IELTS but how about job reference ? shall i mention job duties while applying in express entry profile what is exactly required at this stage when applying ? or only NOC and years of experience ?
 
Only NOC and Years of experience are required.

You would be required to fill an online form merely mentioning the timelines of your work experience, NOC COde and your designation. Supporting documents (Employer Ref leters, etc) would be required when/if you receive ITA.

You don't have to upload anything if that's what you trying to ask.

You would need to select NOC code, Name of Employer, Dates of employment, Designation, City and Country.

Once you receive the ITA, you would be required to furnish details for the information you would have mentioned at this time.
 
if 1.5 year of experience and NOC 1112 in company 1 and then 1.5 year of experience at company 2 after then they are considered 3 years total in NOC 1112 right ? is it considered continuous work as they mention ?

Indeed. You would be granted points for 3 years (total) as long as you come under the same NOC in both the organizations.
