I am in pakistan.my husband sponsored me in jul 2013 and got acknowledgement letter. Now my ecas status is application received and medical result received and i can see my home mailing address in appication status page . What does its mean?

It means they have received your application and the results of your medical exam. At some point in the future, they will begin processing your application. Everything is proceeding normally.

It means your application is at the Visa Office and will be put in queue for processing. Based on processing times in your VO (currently 80% of applications are processed in 32 months) it will be months before you hear from them. All you can do now is wait.
