Hi Everyone,
Feeling absolutely frustrated but there you go:
I got Provincial nomination and ITA, almost done with the EE submission questions and docs.
I have a few issues with my spouse's part of application, he is not currently in Canada and we have been apart for close to 4 years now.
For one thing, he has been refused 3 visas: 2 Canadian and 1 USA. While 1 Canadian and 1 US visas were refused dues to insufficient ties, 1 Canadian visa was refused because he forgot to mention the US visa refusal. How do I explain so that it is clear that it was unintentional?
In addition, and this is very frustrating, in his previous visa applications he included one work experience that is in fact not true. It is an experience provided by his relative's firm, but he never actually worked there. He did that because he hoped it will show more ties to his home country. In fact, he stayed unemployed for 3 years now, doing repair jobs but not legally employed anywhere. Now, because this is common PR application I don't want to continue including false information about that work experience. What if CIC cross-checks the previous visas, and asks why we did not include that experience in PR application?
If you have any suggestions that would be most helpful. Thank you!
