Please Help...seize passport at Boarder

Hi everyone, i went to boarder for renew of my WP but unfortunately got refuse by an officer and he seize my passport with notice that i have to leave canada with in 10 days..i'm really nervous that what if it was an exclusion order.?? i didn't ask was that an exclusion or just departure order...what can i do in this situation..???...as i have only 10 days left...can i appeal for extension of my stay or refusal??..please guys give me some argent advice...pls..

No one is going to be able to give you any advice with so little information. You need to provide a lot more details.

Where are you from / what passport do you hold (visa exempt or non visa exempt)? What kind of work permit do you hold now? Where you trying to extend your work permit under the same employer or a new employer? Did you have an approved LMIA? How long have you been in Canada? What was your exact status in Canada when you tried to renew your work permit - were you in status or our of status? What was the exact reason or reasons CBSA gave you for refusing your work permit and seizing your passport?

Provide as many details as you can if you want help.

i'm from Philippines and thats not visa exempt..i was holding close work permit..was expire in january-2015 and i was on implied status until august 25..i got refusal on august 25, your WP can not be approve..bcs of no lima and then fortunately i received LMIA on august 29..they put my name on that LMIA on 2nd of Sept. then i restore my status as visitor by paying 200$ and got visitor's record paper..and went to boarder with my LMIA, Job contract, resume and visitor's record paper,..that LMIA from new employer..the only reason he gave it to me that i can not apply at POE and you have no status once you cross the boarder..

Don't know what to do??...should i appeal that decision in IRB??

the best advice is go back home and apply from there dnt play with the rules ! its only take 2 month to get a work permit fro home country !
