I got 6.5 in IELTS and am under NOC A (111)
Reading 6
Listening 5.5
Writing 7
Speaking 7.5
is it compulsory i send the test result to CIC with my application?
my main question is that do Skilled worker under Group 111 need to summit the IELTS test result as at this date 8th December, 2013 or is not necessary.
