Please help: Pre-Paid return airway bill

Hi everyone,

I need to mail a completed pre-paid return airway bill along with my passport to Maxico - Canada embassy from Venezuela.

Please help: I don't understand what is pre-paid return airway bill? And I try to find a shipping company in Maxico, but I cann't do this service online. It seems my local shipping company doesn't offer this kind of service, since it is cross the other country. What can I do?

Please help! it is urgent!

please contact FEDEX in your country...they have pre-paid waybills...
