Hi,
my boyfriend wants to apply for PNP, and his status is Common-law with me. But I am a Canadian citizen. Am I included in his application? Am I a dependant?
Also do we need to provide proof if we are common-law for this category? Why they require a Common-Law declaration form?
How can I present myself as a common-law who does not need a PR and already have one?
I am confused, as I think as I do not need to get a PR AGAIN I am not included in his application and they should not request proof for our relationship.
Also:
Should I fill this form?
Additional family information (IMM 5406)
in the guide it says:
"Who needs to fill out this application form?
This form must be completed by:
You, as the principal applicant
Your spouse or common-law partner (whether accompanying you to Canada or not), and
Your dependent children aged 18 or over (whether accompanying you to Canada or not)"
but again keep in mind that I am already a canadian citizan
