Please I need someone to weigh in and help me with some advice. I don't have money to use the services of an immigration consultant/lawyer.

I studied a one year post graduate certificate program at Nova scotia Community College. I have foreign diploma and B.Sc + 4 years of skilled work experience. Here in Canada, I have 8 months of Canadian work experience and express entry CRS of 488. I just got a TEER 3 permanent job in nova scotia where I live.

Now my pgwp is expiring by end of July which means I can't complete 12 months of Canadian experience. I'm still in the process of convincing my employer to get designated for Atlantic Immigration Program so that I can apply. I just sent in an application for Nova scotia-Skilled worker program and it'll take (3-6 months to complete the processing). I'll be out of status by then.

Please can anyone help me with what options I have at this point. I really don't want to leave Canada if there are legal ways for me to stay back.
Thanks in advance

AIP sounds like your best bet. Convince the employer to move faster..
