I have the Work Permit in canada which is valid for 3 years, but i have to visit my native country in emergency and i dont have the Temporary resident visa for the duration of new work permit on my passport.
and i don`t have American Visa. and i cant visit canadian consulate myself.
My question is can somebody else on behalf of me visit Canadian Consulate in Buffalo and submit my Application file for canadian Temporary Resident Visa. if yes, what documents do i need to provide him or her to be my representative.
And Can Canadian Consulate issue multiple entry Temporary resident visa on the same day.

Yes you can apply for a multiple entry visa but the average processing time for TRV apps in Buffalo is about one month. Check out this link:

You can also use a representative if you want but this does not warrant a fast and approved application. Fill out form IMM 5476 which is included in the kit.
