Hi,

I got divorce from my wife legally. Can I create my profile as "Single". Will it be ok to hide this info? Is ther any risk?

This is not affecting any CRS points increase/decrease.

Please advise.

Hi

You must select "Divorced". Selecting "Single" would be misrepresentation. Why would you bother trying to hide something that doesn't even matter?

You need to select divorced. If you don't, you are facing the risk of being refused and then banned from Canada for five years for lying in your application.
