PLEASE HELP ME.............

HI,

I APPLIED student visa for canada on 3rd dec 2012 under spp category and was received at CHC Delhi on 04.12.2012 for processing.After that i received a leter from high commission dated 17/12/2012 regarding Medical furtherance examination,then i have undergone additional testing on 19/12/2012 as per requirement and i re-submitted my Passport on 24/12/12.
my college start date is 2nd jan 2013,i have a time upto 14th jan 2013 to join the classes.But i didnt get any decision from chc delhi,on 16th jan 2013 i got a call from chc delhi asking for late admission date or admission for next semester.I informed about this to my college,they didnt gave me late admission date.Then i defered my admission to september 2013 intake because there is no may intake for my program.
Iam waiting for so much of long time, I emailed to chc delhi on 20th april 2013 but they didnt replay.my passport still is in chc delhi.

can anyone please help me in my situation,did i get visa for the sep 2013 intake.I paid first year tution fee of 13000cad

college: LAMBTON COLLEGE, sarnia campus
program: information technology and web design(2 year pg diploma)

One way to look at this is that, if your visa was denied, they would have returned your pasport and file back to you. I think you have the Visa.
