Hello guys
I have Finance bachelor degree in BBA - finance, living in BC and my 3 years PGWP expires on March 2nd 2019. I was struggling with a job with NOC B or A. I finally managed to secure a job as a financial sales representative (NOC B) in a loans organization on Feb 12th 2018 but unfortunately i was terminated after 2 months and 3 weeks at the end of my prohibition period on May 7th 2018 for not meeting the financial goals. I managed to get a retail supervisor (NOC B) job on June 6th and my current employer is very helpful and they're supporting me on my immigration case.
- My previous employer wont support me with an experience letter since i was terminated but i have my job offer letter and my termination letter as well and my record of employment and pay stubs. all those documents state everything regarding the position, annual and hourly wage, except for the job duties. would i be able to claim experience for this period if i provide a letter of explanation with evidence about the job duties?
- If i decide to not risk my case and count the previous work experience in order to complete 1 year with my current job to be eligible for express entry i would have to wait until June 6th 2019 which is 3 months after my work permit expiry, what are my options? can i apply for a regular work permit extension since i wont be able to apply for a bridging work permit?
I have applied for provincial nomination but i'm not competitive enough due to my low salary. but in express entry my points will be around 480 as soon as i finish 1 year work experience and meet minimum entry requirements
Best regards,
Moe
