Please help me with my husband's medical

Hello everyone,

We are stuck in a very serious case. I am currently living in Canada and my husband is in India. it was our love marriage. My husband has Hepatitis B and it is genetic and inactive. He is not showing any symptoms as his doctor said that he doesn't need any medication because his Hepatitis doesn't effect him and his liver is perfectly fine.

Please can anybody help that how can we apply his file on study basis. If he got his medical done, will they check his hepatitis. Moreover, his disease doesn't effect him so is there any possibility that his file will not get rejected just because of his hepatitis. Do we need to show or submit any special document with the file or to the doctors regarding his disease.

Do you have any chances to get together in Canada soon?

What is your status in Canada? WP?SP?PR? Citizenship?
2. hepatitis B and even C does not prevent from passing med test as long as it is in remission.

I am PR here..

So it mean if I let him go for Medical test, he can pass it without any problem..
