I submitted my Canada pr application under family sponsorship in Newdelhi office.

When i saw my application update in online e-case shows it is in pr process from nov11th.

what does it my mean and please let me know , what is the next procedure for further proceeding.

how long it takes to issue visa for jan 2013 applicants.

There is a New Delhi thread, you will probably get more information there, but in general - nobody can tell you how long it will take, as some cases are faster than others.

In process from 11th November - means that somebody has started looking at your file and working on it, so in general that's good news. However, nobody can tell you how much longer you need to wait, or what happens next. If you have already sent your passport then you just need to wait until the VO takes a decision.
