Please Help me urgent

I have submited my supporting documents at new delhi visa office.I recieved a letter from visa officer last day, I dont have suffient points to migrate to canada. Along with my supporting documets, I submited only proof my relative in canada, It donot prove He resides there. So i loose adaptablity 5 points. If i submit proof my relative resides in canada, is there any possiblity to get adaptablity points. So what is the procedure to submit this resides documents. My current points are 65. Experts please help me....

In which category (FSW etc) you are applying. Was your application successfully reviewed by CIC-NS. You have to give documents to prove your adaptability points. Not sure why you sent your full application without those docs. Ideally you should have waited. The best you can do is send the doc ASAP with a explanation letter and wait for the response.

I have applied under FSW NOC 4152
