Please help me to confirm---About the new Medical Exam policy for Express Entry

The following is my situation:
1. I got ITA on 8th January
2. I submitted my application on 25th March, together with upfront medical exam.
3. Now, if I logged into my Express Entry, the system says "Review of medical results - May 3, 2021:You passed the medical exam."

As you may know, there is a new policy for medical exam for Express Entry announced in May. For my case, I believe I need not have to do anything and my medical exam is still valid and has passed. Do you guys think so?

When you see the message in account that medical exam is passed, then what’s your concern? It’s passed and valid for one year and you will definitely get your PR soon if there’s no other issue
