Hello all,
I hope all is well!

I recently landed a new gig, and I am unsure what my NOC code would be. The role is called "Customer Onboarding Specialist" and it is for an AI company.

While I do not have my official list of responsibilities to share, the gist of the role would be as follows:

- Have impeccable understanding of the technology (AI tools, HTML, DDNS)
- Onboard new users, which involves providing them the necessary documentation/training to fully understand our software
- By extension: Constantly update the Help Centre, Onboarding manuals, webinar material, etc
- Answer customer support queries, both technical and general via our ticketing system
- Keep track of success by measuring certain KPIs
- Coordinate new customer onboarding/success plans with the customer support and technical support teams

While I did my undergraduate degree in the social sciences, I have worked in support roles at technological companies previously, hence how I landed this role.

Any help would be much appreciated.
