Change the expected date to a later date and give allowance to the processing time. It's impossible for you to start on Feb 1, 2014 (a date that's already past).

How long is the contract? It's just that the form will not accept dates from the present and earlier, so write a later date. You can attach a letter explaining that your employer wanted you to start at such a date but you don't have a WP yet.

i have another question, ..i started my forms when i was still in saudi but since i was not able to gather all the requirements, i was not able to pass it before the end of my contract there..now im in the philippines since january 2014 and currently no work yet..with my employment history, i should leave blank the current occupation since i am no longer working now? or i could still retain what i have written before?..im so sorry for so many quiries...i am really anxious to pass my application as soon as possible...
