Please help me regarding my IELTS score

Hi everyone I am applying under CEC and Express Entry NOC 7284 as Drywall installer and just got my IELTS result score online and my score
Listening: 5.0
Reading: 4.5
Writing:4.5
Speaking: 5.0
Overall: 5.0
I want some help if I passed the IELTS exam under CEC NOC 7284? Im confused because i also seen resilts that they coverted score, how true is the convertion? Did i passed the standard scoring?

Under current CEC rules, with skill level B you need to meet CLB 5, which in IELTS requires band 4 in Reading and 5 in the other three categories. So I`m afraid you don`t meet the language requirements. Others can correct me if I`m wrong here. I also don`t know the language requirements for CEC under the new Express Entry system, so you might be eligible there...

You're ineligible for NOC 7284 with your score.

Just like the other member has mentioned - the minimum required scores for your NOC is a "4" in Reading and a "5" in Listening, Writing, and Speaking.

The new program for 2015 isn't likely to lower the requirements so it's best if you retake the exam.
