Hey guys,
I really need your help seniors.does anyone apply with dependent at this time? Can I apply my visa and husband dependent together?I know I have high risk of rejection but I don't have any other way.what are the chances of getting visa from my below profile

10th-82%
12th-78%
BSc(CA & IT)-second class
MS in technology management(USA) -3.498/4
IELTS-6 bands
Got admission in diploma course in TRU.my course us related to my previous study and I got admission in last year.so what are the chances to apply with husband TRV?
One more thing I already been to Canada two times on TRV and my husband was student there but because of some reason he wasn't able to complete his study and come back.so I m stuck with this kind of situation please anybody help me out.

I dont think your rejection chances are high...I had a much lower profile than yours but a higher IELTS score...For your family members you would have to show higher funds and show them things that will make all of you come back after your studies.. If you apply alone your chances are pretty good though...Try to improve your IELTS a wee bit..

Likewise candyman2121..... i too believe you have a positive profile. Your previous TRVs would also support your application.

About your husband's application: You already know about the difficulties for proving home ties with accompanying dependants.
However, A second option for him could be to re-admit for his incomplete course if its not a problem. If he can arrange the institute to give him the opportunity to complete his course, he may also for a student visa, separately, it won’t affect your application too….
