i have a work visa multiple stamp already in my passport from one year ago and valid untill 2016 i did not travel yet before because problem with my employer regarding he wants more money from me but now ok no problem and he told me that i can come to canada no problem ....but here my question is do the staff off the air plane will not allow me to travel because after one year of visa i will travel ..or they will tell me why you did not travel from long time .. and also i see my visa is valid untill 2016 so what can i do ..because one of my friend said most of visas after 6 months will be expired .. by the way i will travel through Dubai air port . :-* :-* :-*

If you already have your visa in your passport and your have been to Canada already using it with an expiration date in 2016 there shouldn't be a problem. Normally the offer to get your visa expires, but you say you already have it. Your post is a little confusing.
I don't understand why your potential employer would be asking you for money in the first place, it doesn't sound like a great employer!
