Hi, Can someone tell me how to send my passport to Detroit office, the best way based on your exprience. Coz I am in Canada, and based on their letter I can send it to Windsor ON using xpresspost..or courier but send to Detroit. I am so confused..If I used the Xpresspost why do I have to send it to Windwor when the office is in detroit..please helppp.thanks
