I am a Palestinian living in Saudi Arabia want to immigrate to Canada that I tried, but my attempts failed because the evaluation because I do not have degrees and do not speak the French language, but I desperately need to emigrate and obtain Canadian citizenship so that I can live well and build a good future for me and my wife and my children .

Go through this link and see if there is any skill that you have. Having the experience is only one requirement, you still have to score at least 67 points.

You may also look into applying as a refugee.
