Please, help. Late coming dependents question

Hi guys,
I am a primary applicant who has recently got COPR. I am planning to land in late October but My husband wants to come to Canada two months later with our kids. Will he be required to show proof of funds as well when he lands? Or is it only required for primary applicant to show proof of funds for all family members once?

My concern is that what if an immigration officer needs updated letter from bank. My husband cannot access my bank without me.
