I am confused while applying for express entry as I am not being able to find effect job description if I go with the job title in NOC list.
Anybody can help me suggesting me the NOC code for below job description?

2012 to 2015- 3 yrs 3 months)
(Designation-Assistant Manager Marketing)
Preparation of Costing sheet for sales Enquiries to arrive at the cost of the cables and to prepare Quote or tender and offer/submit it to client along with technical specification & and other legal/tender related necessary documents by coordinating with the technical and field team.
Handling tendering activities for major government and PSU like BHEL, IOCL, EIL, BSES and submitting them online and participating in reverse e-auction process.
Coordinate with field team and customer relationship management for high end customers.
Participating in reverse auction/online bidding process or help the field Sales team in negotiation process with private client.
Commercial & Technical Proposal (price and technical bid) preparation, Review the Tender Documents, instruction to bidders, Budget Estimation, Communicate with clients to know their actual need and suggest them any changes which can help them in cost reduction or better ROI by co-coordinating with technical team.
To review and manage customers' enquiry process into a costed workable solution.
To submit a detailed response to the enquiry documentation and provide answers/response to any subsequent request or clarifications by co-ordination with technical team.
To develop costing as part of quotation process. To act as a company's internal contact point for the customer during the enquiry and bidding process until order finalization.
To offer "office based" commercial/sales support to other sales managers wherever necessary.
