Please, help in FBI police certificate

I have mailed out my FBI application along with fingerprint card 2 weeks ago and according to USPS, it has been delivered and signed by someone on Mar. 13th. Since then, I haven't received anything about the status change of my request. Is it normal? Are they going to send me an email about the receipt of my application materials?

People are waiting months to get their FBI PCC. Be patient.

Currently FBI is processing the documents they received around 10th-13th February, 2017. There is a thread in the forum which discusses about it. Be patient and wait for at least a month for them to open your packet and start processing.

It is normal. It will take time. You need to figure out the current processing timelines. When your turn comes, they will charge your credit card. That's the way you know they have started working on your application. After that, it doesn't take much time to get the certificate.
