Please help!! IMM1294 form(study permit) residency “From and To date”. What shall I write?

Hello.
I need to fill “from and to” dates of my immigration status in my country of residency.
I moved to kuwait as dependent(family visa) in 2009 but I have my visa records from 2012. If I attach my all visa records which are until 2012 then what shall I write “From date”?

And what to write in “To date” either today’s date or the expiry date of my current visa?

Please help me!! I need it urgent. I have already wasted a lot of time in searching this.
I would be grateful for the kind response!

Write from 2009 and todate is the date you transmit your application to IRCC.
