Hi guys... I'm newbie here.. And thank god I found this thread...
I have some few questions..

"To ensure the timely processing of your application, the document(s) and information we have requested should be provided to us within forty-five (45) days from the date of this letter.
Only original documents or, when unavailable, certified documents are acceptable.
The file number noted above must be included on all correspondence with this office.
Best Regards,"

So obviously the canadian embassy was asking us to process the medical exam and we should be able to provide it to them within 45 days... But the problem was my younger sister chest x ray had a problem they found something on her chest x ray and according to the doctor they cannot release my sister's medical exam because my sister have to undergo a sputum test for 2 months... But all of my medical result was fine so probably they'll send my medical result to canada embassy...

My question was....
1.) Does it mean that if they haven't received my sister's medical result it automatically means that she did not met the timeframe that was given to her which is 45 days?
2.) Should we call the canadian embassy about my sister's condtion?

Will appreciate all your reply.. Thanks!

1. The Panel Physician should have sent your sister's medical to the RIMC, it their Drs. decision whether to further the medical and order sputum tests.
