I am trying to fill out Schedule A – Background, 8. Personal history section and very confused with some points:

1. Time order
It says "provide the details of your personal history since the age of 18, or the past 10 years, whichever is most recent"..
Should I list it starting from older history to newer history information, or newer ones to older ones??

2. Two jobs
I have two jobs that I have been working as a full time employee during weekdays and working as part-time on weekends… should I list it in two separate lines or combine them together? Please see the following examples and advise which will be appropriate:

Example 1 (separate in two lines)
From 2014/01 to 2014/04 – Activity: Account Coordinator / City: Vancouver, Canada / Status: Work permit / Name of Company: XX Corporation
From 2014/01 to 2014/04 – Activity: Server / City: Vancouver, Canada / Status: Work permit / Name of Company: XX Bistro & Grill

Example 2 (combine in one line)
From 2014/01 to 2014/04 – Activity: Account Coordinator & Part-time Server / City: Vancouver, Canada / Status: Work permit / Name of Company: XX Corporation &XX Bistro

3. Vacations
Do I need to state ALL vacation information? I took some short vacations that I left Canada for 2-3 days and/or even shorter… Do I need to state all these small vacations as well?

Please advise.

Read the full instructions... if you continue reading after the part you copied above, it clearly says the following:
"... Start with the most recent information." So start in the present and work your way back in time.

I would list in two lines. And also state which job is full- and which one is part-time.

I took some short vacations that I left Canada for 2-3 days and/or even shorter... Do I need to state all these small vacations as well?

Please advise.

Karen

Hope this helps.
