Please help how many years of education i will write in the form 15 ( with graduation only) or 17.5 years (with diploma's education also)

based on indian education i have study -

i done 3 year graduation degree
2 year computer diploma while doing graduation
3 month diploma in mcse 2000
3 month diploma in airline

how many years please help
