Ladies,
There is urgent processing. Not sure if you'd qualify, but doesn't the ecas say "successfully appealed?" Maybe there's good news? At the least it seems like your application is still active.

Either way, you need to be an active PR in order to become a citizen, so hopefully you are still meeting your residence obligation.

so Wayne you mean now i have to accumulate the last 3 years to apply again? thanks again
No, you don't need to wait for three years longer. You can gather the documents and apply again as long as you meet the requirements.

medielmawla,

1. Concur that the "successfully appealed" line seems to indicate you won the appeal.

2. Did you have legal representation at the FC? How do you feel the hearing went?

3. If its a refusal and you wish to re-apply then note there is now a requirement to submit proof of language and additional documentation over and above what you submitted in your first citizenship application. It may be worth you reviewing the most recent citizenship application form to see how much more different things are (idea is to minimize RQ issuance by front loading documentation requirements). Do you easily have the 1095 physical days if you were to re-apply?

unfortunately yesterday I lost my appeal , the main reason I went to federal Court because the CJ refused my application because I didn't pass my oral exam and CIC didn't give any chance to write my exam like any other applicants now I have to fill up other application , I have diploma from Quebec and language proof in both languages from Quebec so I dint think I have problem about evidence and I am father for 2 Canadian kids both of them born in Canada and I have fulltime job , I think its enough to them that I live in Canada. :(

When CJ refused, you could have re-applied right a way i/o to federal appeal which often does not goes to applicant's favour. Whatever happened is happened.. no regret.. My advise is to file a new application and this time prepare for your written exam well... CIC process is now faster..
