Please help guys, really urgent about Annexe 4 and 4A - PNP

Hey Folks,

I did apply under PNP EE, they just asked me for 2 different forms, 4 and 4A, but I am not a business man, so why they asking for the 4A as well, please help ?

Also, where is the Annexe 4 link on CIC website please and thanks guys !

provinces - Gens d'affaires nouvellement complété

Just attach Schedule 4 and provide Letter of explanation for 4A stating that it is not valid for you and also provide copy/scan of your nomination letter.
