I have work experience from June 4th 2013 till the date. And I work 42 hours a week and last year till the date I have worked 2150 hours(which is greater than 1560).Should I wait till June 4th to prepare the work experience or can I ask the HR to prepare the document for me now?

If you are claiming points for this job, then yes will have to wait till you have atleast 1 year continuous experience in it. Doesn't matter if you have already clocked more than 1560, but 1 year is a must.
