Please help for interview

My file is transfered to detroit. I received an interview request scheduled on Nov 29, 2011.

My PGWP expired in July and I applied for visitor record in June.

CIC now is processing the visitor received on Mar 22.

I feel like it is over because I have to apply for US visa which is impossible for me to obtain

Here is the reason,

According to the processing time for visitor record, I may receive mine in December.

Then I have to renew my passport because it will expire in Apr, 30, 2012. US visa requires at least 6 months valid time on passport. Renewing passport will take 1 month exactly.

I cann't renew passport without visitor record because the embassy of my country requires a valid permit to process.

So, it is possible to

tansfer the case into Canada or home country?

phone interview?

interview waived?

reschedule?

The worst situation is if I cannot get US visa and CIC insists of interview in detroit, will I be refused eventually?

If it happens, will I have any solution like go through court?

Your file will be eventually refused if you cannot attend the interview. It's unlikely they will move the interview to a different country.

You mentioned that your file was moved to Detroit. Did you originally indicate Buffalo as your processing visa office? Or another office?

explain the situation to cic detroit and request to change the interview to China. my buddy has done that.
