What is your selection score for Express Entry out of 67 with your language test scores and ECA such as WES.

It sounds frustrating to receive conflicting information from the Come to Canada tool and the actual decision. The tool provides general guidance, but final eligibility is determined by an officer based on all submitted details.

What frustration? You need to have ECA and IELTS completed with an eligibility score of at least 67 points.

You need to do ECA before you can set up your Express Entry profile. Please read through the instructions again.

You need ECA. This is a basic requirement to set up an EE profile.

We have already answered your question about ECA multiple times. If it's not clear to you at this point then you should hire an immigration lawyer to help you through the process.

76 is a great score so your IELTS must be high with a Masters. Get ECA for degree. What is your IELTS scores for each section? Are you fluent in French?

Your past post implies that you are already a citizen of Canada. What is this post about them?
