- Review and analyze Income Statements and work with the store's management team to identify opportunities to grow profit; accountable to develop and execute action plans.
- Support the store's management team with the communication of key messages to ensure alignment with key business objectives.
- Use business/HR metrics and dashboards to monitor the performance of the departments).
- Use knowledge of the community, competitive environment, and industry to develop entrepreneurial strategies to grow the business.
