Hi,
If I apply for MPNP EOI (Manitoba Provintial Nominee Program - Expression of Interest) under Family Stream (sibling working in Manitoba and sponsoring) and receive the LAA, do i need to get ECA (Educational Credential Assessment) done ?
If ECA is mandatory even under Family Stream, then i will have my educational documents assessed before i get the LAA.
