PLEASE HELP.....DONT IGNORE...OK TO HAVE JOINT FD'S FOR SINP OID APPLICATION????

Hello all,

My brother wants to apply for SINP OID category in June 2016. We just wanted to know is it ok to for him to have Joint Fds (Term Deposits) with my parents.?? We have also prepared self declaration (affidavit) for the same that they have no objection him using these funds for immigration and settlement purposes.....( up to only certain amount required by SINP )

Please throw some insights..I would highly appreciate this.....Thanks a ton in Advance.

I had demonstrated the statements of a joint bank account with my parents and SINP rejected my application in Dec. 2015 as they want the funds to be in the name of the principal applicant only.
However, joint bank account with wife/husband is accepted, but not with parents.

Kindly ask your brother to get these funds transferred in a bank account which is only in his name. He can attach the gift deed to show the source of funds.
