PLEASE HELP,Did not receive Letter of Introduction with pp!!

Does anybody know how to get LOI? I applied online and i got passport back but no letter is attached. There is no letter in MYCIC too.

I am your case, exactly.
My wife who applied for Open Work Permit got it on MYCIC.
I did NOT got it at all.
