PLEASE HELP!!! Common-Law Partner in Canada Class

Is there an application package for Common-Law Partner in Canada Class or is it the same than "spouse or Common-Law Partner under family class?"
We've followed the steps and downloaded the package CIC website showed us, but there is no such thing as "Spouse or Common-Law Partner in Canada Class".
I'm from a visa exempt country, currently living with my partner in Canada.

Hi, there. Yes, it is the same than "family class" and choose the option on the checklist (IMM 5589) where it says "5) class of application"
