Hi, I am in the ambiguous situation to verify my full time experience and need your advice.

For the same position in the same company, I have worked as a temporary worker hired by staffing agency for the first six months and worked for a permanent full-time employee after the first six month.

I received two T4 slips for 2011. First six months (January to June 2011) is with the staffing agency and the rest of six month (July to December 2011) is with the company I have worked since January 2011.
And total hours worked (total income divided by hourly wage) during a temporary worker is about 1000 hours which is more than 975 hours which I think that I qualified for a full time hours for six month (1950hour/2).

1. Am I qualified for continuous 1 year full time experience?
2. Do I need to receive the letter of employment from both companies? Technically, the company I have worked for 12 month is the one company. But in T4 slips, it looks like I have worked in two companies.

Could you please help me get through this ambiguous situation?

Thank you very much.

Yes, but you must be a graduate of a canadian university to use 1 yr work experience for CEC. Foreign workers need 2yrs full-time experience.

Yes. The staffing agency was your employer from Jan -Jun 2011(the company was their client). From July 2011 - Dec 2011, the company was your employer. That's the reason you got two T4 slips.
