Seniors,

what happens if a provincial nominee, work permit holder, currently waiting for its Permanent Residency, is diagnosed with treatable stage 0 or 1 cancer?

Can CIC deport the whole family?

He is working full-time, paying taxes and everything.

What is the criteria?

Potentially, they could be medically inadmissible for PR. If they are, the rest of the applicants are also inadmissible. They would not be deported however. Their permission to stay in Canada would simply run out and then they would have to leave.
