Please Help - BC PNP Express Entry or BC PNP Skill Immigrant

Hello Friends,

I have a job offer from an employer in BC but no LMIA. I am also eligible for Express Entry system under Federal Skilled worker and scoring 405. There are no chances in express entry with this score. Can members guide me whether I go for BCPNP skills Immigration or BC PNP Express Entry Program. My job offer is related to Administrative Officer (noc1221).

An immigration lawyer told me that if I get nomination in BCPNP express entry than there are chances that IRCC will reject my application because there is no LMIA for this job offer. Is this true?

You can go ahead with BC PNP Express Entry if you have express entry profile.
