I just generated my checklist based on the information filled in online form.

below are my questions :

1. What is the difference between Marriage Certificate and proof of relationships.
2.For Education Diploma and degree : Must i upload only masters or bachelors as well. ECA was done for both. Do i need to include marksheets as well.If i uploading everything Do i need to make them as one PDF and den uplaod everything?
4. Any document say if i am uploading PCC and i need to upload for two countries shall i make 2 PCC as one PDF and then upload?
5.Same question under employment record shall i combine all my pay slips , experience letter , salary letter as one PDF and then upload
6.Family member Proof of status : what is this. Is it something with my relatives staying in Canada. and what proof of status must I upload for them

Not sure what you mean. Proof of relationship is typically required if you've mentioned any Canadian relatives in your application.

No mark sheets. Just 1 pdf with ECA report and degree certificates as multiple pages of that document.

Yes. The placeholder accepts only 1 document with a file size limit of 4 MB.

Same as above.

Yes i have mentioned Canadian Relative in my application. My father's elder brother. So can I upload my uncle degree certificates. In that His father name is mentioned. Also I will upload passport copy of my father. In that his father name is mentioned. So CIC can verify both names are same which will proof they are brothers

I also have my Uncle Affidavit which he made in 1996 when he migrated to Canada. In that Affidavit all his brothers and sisters names are mentioned. Can i use that Affidavit as proof of relationship. My father name is also mentioned in that

Proof of Status is your uncle's Citizenship Card, Canadian Passport etc. This is mentioned in additional info

I have his PR card and Canadian passport

Upload both their passports after confirming that their father's names match and there are no spelling variations. You can upload the degree certificate and affidavit as well.

If you don't need the 5 points for Adaptability to reach 67/100, you can remove your Uncle from your profile completely and avoid all this hassle.

While creating express entry profile i mentioned my relatived. So if i remove now will it not create any misrepresentation.
Not sure how many points i have. How to calculate dat. in EE i was at 404 score and after OOPNP nomination i am sitting at 1004.

Where to check points of 67/100???

Or can i get notarized Affidavit from Dubai stating that I am related as nephew to my Uncle in canada with some details of my Uncle and me.

While creating express entry profile i mentioned my relatived. So if i remove now will it not create any misrepresentation.

All of those documents would help as supporting evidence but the primary relationship document has to be the passports where you show their parent is the same as your father's parent.

In addition to all the documents that Asivad and others have noted, I had to submit proof of my family member's address in Canada i.e. their latest utility bill.

The above are all correct. My relative's address was in his passport but the parents' name is usually not mentioned in a Canadian Passport, so as proof of relationship, I submitted a few pages of my uncle's sponsorship application when he sponsored his wife. This actually clearly mentioned me as his niece and also clearly mentioned his parents' names.

but my uncle Canadian passport doesn't have his parents name
I have asked my uncle to make one affidavit and notarized it from Canadian lawyer in which details of me my father and my uncle will be their saying how are we related to each other.

Will that be fine for proof of relation ship

Regarding his address in Canada I can take his bank statements or letter from his bank which states his address in Canada.

Biodata page with all the pages in which visa stamp, entry/exit stamp has been mentioned; though at CIC's checklist they have only mentioned bio-data page but I have read in the rejection thread here somebody got rejected as he only uploaded the bio-data page, without including the pages having visa stamp, entry/exit stamps

Was this person rejected by CIC for not following a regulation that is non-existent? Do share the relevant post here.
