Job description matching or similar to the job title listed on NOC
Education and/or work experience requirement matching or similar to the job title listed on NOC
Full time work schedule of at least 37.5hours per week, although most employers just put 40hours
Salary comparable to industry standard in your region
Permanent offer
Any other fancy schmancy stuff that makes the letter more aesthetically pleasing
All these are to be printed on employer company letter head with your employer's signature and date
