Hello Forum Friends,

I would like to get suggestions, comments from you guys. I applied my WP renewal last Feb 25, and I just received an email saying that it is refused. THis happened also last yr when I tried to renew my WP, It was also denied and got approved on my second attempt.
My question is
1.why would they asked for LMIA this time, I already got my PNP and I even attached my PNP certificate with my nominating province support letter...Last year, they didnt asked for that.
2.What would be my next step? Do u think I can just go to the Immigration for example in Toronto Airport like the first time I came here in Canada. The Immigration in the Toroto airport is the one that issue my first work permit.

Your suggestions and reply is greatly appreciated..Thank you all!

by the way, this is what it says in my letter:

This letter refers to your application for a work permit.
Your application as requested is refused.
[X] After considering all the circumstances of your case, your application for a work permit cannot be approved as requested without a valid Labour Market Impact Assessment and Confirmation from Employment and Social Development Canada. How did you apply? Am wondering why an LMIA is being asked in this case when the supporting documents pertain to an LMIA-exempt WP application.

Did you specify in the form this a work permit of type Exemption from Labor Market Opinion or Other or (BOWP) Open Work Permit?
