Please help and suggest

My CRS score is 380, As per my below credential:

My Credentials:
Age: 30
Education: Bachelor Degree:
Exp: 7 yrs:
IELTS: 7 Band
Designation: Sr Business Analyst

My wife credentials:
Age: 25
Education: Bachelor Degree
EXP: 2 yrs
IELTS: 6.5
Designation: Pharmacist

Note: I have swap both applicant as primary and secondary and calculated still getting score below 370. Also I had tried to increase my Wife IELTS score by 7.5 still there is increase to 385 not even close to 400.

Please suggest for the same how to increase the CRS score as I am interested under Express Entry pool.

Yeah, I have my close relative in Manitoba province as my real uncle stays there and he has PR of Canada. If I apply for MPNP how much time it take with the above score. But I am interested in Express Entry pool so please suggest options to increase the score.

Try increasing your Listening and Writing scores to 8 and above and see the difference in the score. It is very important for people living outside of Canada to score more than 8 in these two bands to get your CRS above 400 .

Get 8 in listening and 7 in others in IELTS and your score will go beyond 400.. get wife’s ECA done and you should be close to 440
