I came to Canada my self with tourist visa, 2 months later, I got job offer, sent application to get work permit after 1 month I had recived WP., after 4 months my wife and my kid came to visit me, I had applied for my kid study permit and for wife work permit under the spouse of foreing worker, after almost 1 month later they both got permission, and now we applied for renewal of our permits,sent application online togather, almost 1 month later I and my kid got renewal permission, except my wife she got refused, I don't know what excatly went wrong with my wife papers talked with the one of agent explained every thing, got reply that immigration officer will call , now it's been almost week over she have not recived any call , my wife employer told her that you can not work untill you will get your WP. I am wondring that how I can check that what & where excatly went wrong,what to do.? as my wife & kid when came I did applied the same category which I have applied now for renewal. which is under the Eligibility or category spouse or common-law partner of a work permit holder who is doing work which is at a level that falls within National Occupational Classification Skill levels O,A or B. Anyone have advise regarding this big issue which we are suffring.
